Let me set the scene for you: it's 2002. I'm 17 years old and my older brother Robert informs me that Wienerschnitzel will be giving out one free chili dog per person/per store on July 3rd between the hours of 5-8pm. The two of us know exactly what must be done. He maps out all the Wienerschnitzel locations within a 50 mile radius and we decide to hit up as many as we can in that three hour window in order to retrieve the maximum amount of free chili dogs.
